Welcome to Nifty360.in ("Nifty360", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Nifty360 provides stock market data, technical analysis, AI-assisted insights, and educational tools for Indian equities (NSE/BSE). We are an information and analysis platform, not a registered investment adviser, broker, or portfolio manager.

2. Not Financial Advice

All content — including predictions, signals, F&O data, and options analysis — is for educational and informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
Premium plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated; active subscribers are notified before renewal price changes.
Payments are processed by third-party gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree). We do not store full card details.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in India to use paid services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or overload our servers; resell our data; share account credentials; use bots to bypass usage limits; or use the service for illegal activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and proprietary analysis logic belong to Nifty360. Market data may be subject to third-party terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nifty360 is not liable for any trading losses, data delays, inaccuracies, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription access continues until the paid period ends.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in India.
